Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;
Booking hotel rooms, conference facilities for clients and/or visitors. Liaising with related departments to book the travel.
Managing and maintaining budgets as well as invoicing. Cash advance deposit, cheque and money transfer, reimbursement, and preparing budget for jobs outside Sattahip.
Liaising with staff from other OPS-OES departments and external contacts.
Maintaining the inventory of stationary, office equipment, inspection equipment, consumables, and PPE. Daily disbursement of consumables and equipment to inspection teams. Ordering stocks and equipment as necessary.
Organizing and safe-keeping of paperwork, documents, and computer based data. Photocopying and printing various documents as required by other colleagues.
Answering phone calls and inquiries. Receiving visitors and directing them to concerned personnel. Receiving job applications.
Prepare monthly work timesheet and work overtime of all staff.
Control all company vehicles including maintaining car records and sending out for regular maintenance.
Managing schedules and appointments such as employee leave, holidays, meeting with clients.
Liaising with government offices for requirements that concern OPS-OES operation.
